8 Months On...

Ben is 8 months old today! :D (also my 8 mths of exclusive breastfeeding!)

Time passes by so quickly! :( It felt like just yesterday when we took pictures of him when he was just a few weeks old... and now he is like a grown up boy!

These 2 pictures of Ben's foot was taken when he was 2 weeks old (left foot) and 5 mths old (right foot)... Noticed the wrinkles on Ben's foot when he was 2 weeks old and how it is all smoothen out few months later? MIL keep telling us how she loves to see his toes,... sort of reminded her of hubby when he was a baby... ;P

These 2 pictures of Ben's feet was taken when he was 2 weeks old and 5 mths old... Both pictures taken when Ben was asleep... fat chance to try to take a picture when he's awake.. my boy is so active and keep on moving that the best time to take close up pictures of his body was when he is asleep... :)

These 2 pictures of Ben's fingers (close up) was taken when he was 2 weeks old and 5 mths old...

Noticed his fingers at 2 weeks old are wrinkled and have dry skins peeling off? This was because of the UV light treatment for jaundice which made Ben dehydrated for few weeks. But now... all smooth-smooth and nice to touch :D

These 2 pictures of Ben's fingers was taken when he was 2 weeks old and 7 mths old...

Still the same strong grasp :)

Parents (especially new parents!), remember to photograph as much as possible, every inch of your baby's body. They grow up so fast... you will only pictures like this as memories... :)

I'd like to thank God for the 8 wonderful months we had with Ben, and pray for many many many many many months and years and decades to come.

Thank you God for blessing us with this perfect child of Yours. Please continue to watch over Benjamin and envelop him with your blessings and protection and help us to bring up this child of yours to be a God fearing, God loving child, a child that will bring joy to the lives of people who came into contact with him, a child that will show the example of Christian living and a child that will respect and love his parents and his loved ones.

Thank you God, Amen.

You're such an attentive mummy. Who would have thought about taking pictures of their baby's anatomy? Ben's really lucky, I'm sure he'll thank you for all these photos when he grows up :)

No la... my close friend told us to do it. Her baby is 2mths ahead of Ben, so by the time Ben was born, she keep telling us must take pic, they grow up very fast, later you all sure forget how small they were last time... soooooo, since I'm a SAHM, almost everyday also take pics! :P

Btw, am not sure about the part of Ben thanking me for taking all those pics... all those topless, bottomless, piss and poop pics.. hahahahah...
