OMG OMG OMG!!! OK, I know I shouldn't use God's name in vain but I can't help it!!!!!!!!
Ever since I signed up to be a Thomas Nelson book review blogger, I have reviewed 2 books - via PDF version and posted my reviews both on my blog and on christianbooks.com. I received an email from Thomas Nelson early last month inviting me to review for Max Lucado's latest book which is due for release this month!
And that fateful morning I woke up early to read the email and quickly sign up for the invitation and downloaded the PDF version while they send me the hardcopy. Actually, reading the softcopy version was heavenly enough since it's the entire book anyway.
But today.... I received the hardcopy version! I am so so so so so happy!!!
This is the mail I received today.
Front view of the book. Retail price USD14.99 for the book and I got it for FREE!!! Woohoooooo!!!
I also received a small booklet version of the bigger book. Retail price USD2.99 which I got for free as well! God is so good!!
Back view of the book.
I'm just so happy now. I'm halfway with the book as of now so watch out for my review due next week!

Hey Jenny, glad you enjoyed Malacca. My home town :-)
Also just realised that Ben is turning 6 months soon - another milestone! Way to go mummy!
Yeah! Melaka was fun, nice weather when we were there! :D
Yup, Ben is 6mths tomorrow! :D
wow free book. Really worth it lah...! :) u got time to read ar??? need to take care of ben as well...how do u find the time? :) super mom!
Mumzzy, actually just getting the softcopy version is already good enough, so didn't expect they would really send me the hardcopy book! I only read when Ben is taking his naps or after midnight.
But then again, Ben is getting to be a handful (which he smiled at his daddy this morning when he heard this word) - creeping and moving and bumping everywhere...
If you like free books maybe you'll like free degree courses:

Have you read many ebooks? Thought of trying, because shipping fees for real books are so expensive, but I worried feel kinda weird reading on com.
Plus kiasu to pay so much for someone to just send bits of information over the internet which he made by just copying and pasting. =-P

Mark,
I love reading books! I had the entire collection of books by Stephen King. Apart from him, I had books by Dean Koontz, Jeffrey Archer, Amy Tan, Peter Straub.
But since I have Ben, I'm pretty much into baby and inspirational books.
Ebooks are easier for me since my laptop is on the whole day and I'll just continue on reading when Ben was napping.
And you don't sleep much do you... =-P
Wah, read so much, must be very clever!
Laptop on 24 hours, think of the Wi-Fi damage! >.<

Huargh... I do sleep alot but lesser these days.. what with Ben waking up at 7-8am bumping your head and body and crawling everywhere over you...
Read a lot doesn't mean clever... it does improve my English though hahahah!!
You sleep with Ben?
I'm not a parent (to my knowledge), but I always think how scary it is to sleep with a child in bed, because they might get scooshed. =-P
Are you implying that does of us that don't read books Engrand no good?

This is getting kinda messy, and I'm spamming my address everywhere.
One of us really should install a chat bar on the side, hehe. :)

Ben sleeps in between hubby and me. I think there's only once Ben sleeps in the baby crib. Its easier for me to breastfeed Ben if he's sleeping with me :D
Ben won't be squashed cos I'm a light sleeper - I wakes up at the slightest movement or noise (which is very annoying and depressing sometime) and I put a big bolster between Ben and hubby :D
I'm not saying ppl who don't read a lot has bad English.. I'm just saying I used to be super terrible at English. Don't dare to speak out at all!!
Chat bar? I thought of that but then, who else is reading my blog anyway... nah... too lazy... :P
You get a lot more comments from the same people here than I do at mine. :)
Very hard to do meh? Blogger.com not very user friendly is it?
Suit yourself then if you'd rather me spammming everywhere. =-P
