Gung Hay Fat Choi! Origami is amazing. I recently (maybe 2 weeks ago) watched a documentary on Origami on PBS and boy do they get elaborate and mathematical. It's astounding. Will you bet getting any red envelopes? LOL.
Hi Small Burst!
Gong Hei Fatt Choi! Yup, I love origami though I don't have that delicate rubbery fingers to do most of them ;p
Sadly, I won't be getting any red envelopes as I'm already married (Chinese customs: Married ones must give the red envelopes to the unmarried ones) but luckily... I have my 11 mth old baby boy to help me recoup some 'losses' hahahahahahaa...
Thanks for following my blog, btw! :D
I love Chinese New Year. We went to lots of festivals while growing up in Hawaii. I loved the dragon dance and fireworks! I haven't seen Chinese papercut art in years!
Great post. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
